Adarsh probe: Indicted bureaucrat writes to Maharashtra Government
Expressing unhappiness over Adarsh scam probe & indictment of bureaucrats in judicial commission report, an indicted officer has written to Maharashtra government over the issue.

"I have written a letter to Maharashtra Government. Some other officers who have been indicted have also written letters. I cannot reveal contents of the letter," the officer told PTI.
He said he wrote the letter two-three days ago. Confirming that he received the letter, Chief Secretary JS Saharia said some bureaucrats named in the report have also written to the government.
"I cannot reveal what is in the letter. We will examine the letter," Saharia said.
Asked if the matter would be taken up with Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, he replied in the affirmative.
The report of the two-member commission headed by retired high court judge JA Patil has indicted several politicians including three former Chief Ministers for "blatant violations" of statutory provisions in the Adarsh housing project.
On December 20, the Maharashtra government had rejected the report.
