Activities of Hindutva hotheads a big worry: TOI survey
NEW DELHI: In a survey conducted exclusively for TOI by IPSOS in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad, the Modi government is viewed by a majority of people to have done a good job so far and is expected to continue to do well.

However, there are strong apprehensions about Sangh Parivar hotheads derailing the development agenda.

Not only are Sangh Parivar hotheads seen as having an adverse effect on the government's developmental efforts, a sizeable chunk seems unimpressed by government efforts to contain them.

While 36% said it had done enough to deal with them, 37% said it had encouraged them, another 20% felt it had neither discouraged nor encouraged them.
