KOCHI: Police have got definite leads in the case relating to the damaging the bust of P Krishna Pillai, founder leader of Communist Movement in Kerala and torching of his memorial in Alapuzha district on October 31, a top official today said.

The accused would be arrested in a day or two, IGP K Padmakumar, the investigating officer in the case, told reporters here after a meeting of police officers.

"Police have got specific information in the case and within a day or two the accused would be arrested", he said.

Refusing to give any further details, he said the probe was going on. There was good progress in the case.
