Aarushi murder: CBI arrests Krishna

CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar informed reporters that Krishna has been arrested based on the scientific evidence collected by subjecting him to various tests.


NEW DELHI: The CBI has arrested Dr Rajesh Talwar's compounder, Krishna, in the Noida double murder case. The investigating agency, however, refused to divulge any further details about Krishna's involvement in the case.

CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar informed reporters that Krishna has been arrested based on the scientific evidence collected by subjecting him to various tests.

Krishna underwent a polygraph test and narco-analysis test in Bangalore on Thursday. Earlier, he had also undergone polygraph test and a psychological assessment in Delhi. He was brought back to the Capital on Friday and then arrested by CBI sleuths.

In a related development, the CBI is reportedly questioning a Noida-based businessman in connection with the murder of Talwar's daughter Aarushi and servant Hemraj.
