AAP hits out at Narendra Modi for sharing dais with Yeddyurappa
Launching an attack on Narendra Modi for sharing dais with graft-tainted Yeddyurappa, AAP said Modi should not give sermons on corruption.

"Yeddyurappa was indicted by the Karnataka Lokyukta for taking Rs 20 crore bribe from a private group of companies.
"Aam Aadmi Party leader and anti-corruption crusader Prashant Bhushan, then, had filed an application in the Supreme Court for a CBI investigation against Yeddyurappa," a statement released by the party said.
Modi, who has a good equation with Yeddyurappa, shared the dais with the Karnataka leader at a rally in Davangere.
Yeddyurappa, who recently came back to the party-fold, is also a staunch Modi supporter.
"Now Modi wants to get back Yeddyurappa as the face of the BJP in Karnataka," the statement added.
The party also took a dig at Modi for keeping "tainted" ministers in his cabinet.
"It is not surprising that he continues to have ministers in his cabinet who are convicted or charge sheeted for corruption such as Babubhai Bokharia and Purshottam Solanki, and that he has promoted people like Amit Shah and Vitthal Rathadia who have serious charges of conspiracy, murder and armed goondaism against them," the statement said.
The party alleged that it was not surprising that Modi did not allow any Lokayukta to be appointed in Gujarat and has now completely emasculated the powers of the Lokayukta.
