AAP has no base in Punjab, SAD has fight with Congress only: Sukhbir Singh Badal
Sukhbir Singh Badal said Shiromani Akali Dal has a direct fight with the Congress party in the Assembly election in 2017 as the Aam Adami Party has no political base in the state.

The SAD would fight direct contest with the Congress in 2017 and trash it the third time by winning the Assembly polls with a thumping majority, he said.
Attacking the AAP, he said it has "completely failed" in Delhi and has not kept its promises made to the electorates.
Delhites have been fully aware of its "misdeeds", he said.
Keeping in view its poor performance in the capital, Punjab would also reject AAP in the Assembly polls, he added.
He said the SAD would fight election on the development plank.
Reviewing the preparations for the Maghi Mela conference to be held here on January 14, he said SAD workers would participate in huge numbers, surpassing the number at the opposition parties' rally.
He said the state government has accomplished a record number of development projects hecne Punjab has achieved "top status" in the country in terms of inclusive progress.
