A federation of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh can help reduce terrorism: Ram Vilas Paswan
While criticising the terrorist attack in Pathankot, Paswan praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his recent Pakistan visit.

While criticising the terrorist attack in Pathankot, Paswan praised Prime Minister Modi for his recent Pakistan visit. "We want friendship between both the countries. But if we have sympathy (karuna) in one eye, we also have flames (jwala) in the other. Prime Minister has done a good job by visiting Pakistan. It was an example of fine diplomacy," said Paswan.
Paswan said that from the beginning, it has been a stand of his party to support the creation of a federation. "We should have a federation of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh like the European Union, with one currency, no visa and free trade. This will reduce terrorism automatically," said Pawan, emphasising that, the Mahasangh proposed by him is different than the 'Akhand Bharat' concept.
Commenting on the developments in Bihar, the Lok Janshakti party chief claimed that the present government in Bihar will not last for more than 2.5 years. "Within a week, three engineers were killed in Bihar. There cannot be law and order in Bihar when Lalu Prasad Yadav is part of the government," said Paswan. His son and Member of Parliament Chirag Paswan will be undertaking a 'Rathyatra' in Bihar from April to 'awaken the people about the jungle raj in the state'.
