Swaraj addressed an annual press conference on Sunday in which she highlighted the achievements made by the Modi government over the past year.

Swaraj said she was hopeful that India would get NSG membership, adding that China was not opposing India's bid to enter the world's elite nuclear grouping.
She reiterated that India-Pakistan secretary-level talks had not been called off. She said Modi government wanted all issues with India's volatile neighbour sorted through dialogue. She also said that India was awaiting solid response from Pakistan on Pathankot attack.
Denying allegations that Modi government was going slow on absconders Vijay Mallya and Lalit Modi, she said extradition requests for the two proclaimed fugitives will be processed at the earliest.
