CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government on Monday transferred seven IPS officers with immediate effect.
Parag Jain, on return from training, becomes IG Computer and Telecommunications, an official spokesman said.
Ashish Chaudhary, SP City, Ludhiana becomes SSP Bathinda in place of Naunihal Singh who goes as SSP Sangrur.
Naresh Kumar Arora SP Intelligence goes on SSP Batala in place of R N Dhuke.
Shive Kumar Verma Deputy director (Indoor) Punjab Police Academy goes as SSP Barnala in place of Paramjit Singh Grewal.
Pawan Kumar Rai, SP CID, Amritsar becomes SSP Jalandhar in place of Arpit Shukla who goes as SP Special Intellence.
