4 can bombs recovered in poll-bound Jharkhand
BOKARO (JHARKHAND): A day before the third phase of Assembly polls in Jharkhand, security forces today recovered four can bombs from Chargi jungle during an anti-naxal operation in Bokaro district, a senior police officer said.

"In the course of search operation, the security personnel stumbled upon wires exposed on a kucha road and recovered the bombs planted below the ground," Deputy Superintendent of Police (Bermo), Manoj Rai said.

He said each can bomb weighed 10 kg and was aimed to target the security personnel.
