JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir government today said that 35 magisterial and judicial probes are underway against security forces for alleged human rights violations in the state.

As many as 22 magisterial inquiries and 13 judicial inquiries against security force personnel for alleged human rights violations are at different stages of inquiry in the state, Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed said in a written reply to the question of Independent member Engineer Abdul Rashid in Legislative Assembly.

He further said that it would not be proper to disclose their details of the incidents.
