"I am very happy with this but will later come down heavily on all the wrong that has been done , " said A Raja.
Former telecom minister A Raja and DMK lawmaker Kanimozhi have been acquitted in the 2G scam that shook the country in 2011. It is a widely held belief that this was the beginning of the end of the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government.
Along with Kanimozhi and Raja, all the other accused in the case — including quite a few corporate hotshots — were too given a clean chit.
