BJP's Prime Ministerial nominee Narendra Modi is leading by more than four lakh votes in Vadodara seat over his Congress rival Madhusudan Mistry.

AHMEDABAD: BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has got a decisive lead of 5.49 lakh votes over Congress general secretary Madhusudan Mistry in Vadodara Lok Sabha seat.

Modi is leading by 5,49,047 votes against Mistry, a close aide of Rahul Gandhi, after few rounds of counting.

The senior BJP leader has so far got 8,11,997 votes, while Mistry has managed 2,62,950 votes in the Vadodara Lok Sabha seat of Gujarat.

Trends suggest a huge BJP win in Gujarat, where the party is leading on all the 26 seats, riding on the wave in favour of Modi.
