12 new MLCs take oath in Bihar
Twelve nominated members of the Bihar Legislative Council, including three former RJD MLAs, were administered oath of office today.

PATNA: Twelve nominated members of the Bihar Legislative Council, including three former RJD MLAs, were administered oath of office today.
Council Chairperson Awadhesh Narayan Singh administered the oath to these 12 newly nominated MLCs in the council premises.
The three former RJD MLAs were Samrat Chaudhary, Ramlakhan Ram Ram and Javed Iqbal Ansari. They had quit the party recently and joined the ruling JD(U).
Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, his predecessor Nitish Kumar and cabinet ministers attended the swearing in ceremony.
