The threatening email received at the Gujarat High Court around 11 am mentioned the office of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel in Gandhinagar, the Narendra Modi Stadium - where singer Diljit Dosanjh is scheduled to perform on November 21 - and warned of a series of blasts between November 8 and 27.

UP government announces 30-day Diwali bonus for state employees
The Uttar Pradesh government has approved a 30-day bonus for state employees for the financial year 2025-26 ahead of Diwali. The benefit will cover non-gazetted state government employees, staff of educational institutions, local bodies and district panchayats. Under the order, employees will receive 25% of the bonus amount in cash, while the remaining 75% will be deposited into their provident fund accounts. Employees who have retired or are due to retire shortly will receive the entire bonus in cash. The government has also extended the benefit to daily-wage employees, with the maximum bonus capped at Rs 1,184.
