Zomato CEO delivers friendship bands, food on friendship day, calls it 'best Sunday ever'
Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal, calling it "best Sunday ever", rode his Royal Enfield bike to personally hand out friendship bands and food to various delivery partners, restaurant affiliates, and customers to celebrate Friendship Day.

Showing his enthusiasm for both friendship and delicious food, Goyal posted pictures of the special "best food friends forever" bands on Twitter.
This isn't the first time; Goyal has at times stepped into the role of a Zomato delivery person.
Zomato recently celebrated a significant milestone as it posted its first-ever profit since its inception in 2008. On August 3, the foodtech firm announced a net profit of Rs 2 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
Following the path of its competitor Swiggy, Zomato is introducing a "platform fee" of Rs 2 per order. This fee is irrespective of the order value.
