What did Sridhar Vembu say about daily happiness?
According to Vembu, daily happiness depends on two key factors. The first, he said, is the people we surround ourselves with. He wrote, "Do we surround ourselves with agreeable company and more importantly, are we agreeable company to them so they like to be around us?"He also highlighted the importance of keeping the mind free from negative thought patterns. Vembu said, "Is our mind free of suffering thoughts, which tend to trap the mind in endless loops?" He added that whenever he is deeply focused on solving a problem or learning something new, he is generally free from such "suffering loops" or "ego loops."
