YouTube users have witnessed a dramatic transformation in the past few years, mainly due to its user engagement level. To continue with its user-centric approach, the video-sharing website has now rolled out a new ‘YoutTube Emotes’ feature that allows users to express their thoughts via fun images while live streaming and commenting on a video or post.

What is the new YouTube Emotes feature?
Sometimes, words aren’t enough to express what’s in our mind, and we often use certain emojis to emphasise or add some interest to the conversation. YouTube has now added another dimension to make the conversation more interesting. The video-sharing website has rolled out the ‘YoutTube Emotes’ feature, allowing users to express themselves using fun images during live streaming or while commenting on a post.

YouTube Emotes is a collection of different fun images that can be used to build community on the video-sharing platform. The feature will display all the available emojis and emotes, including the new YouTube emotes located beneath any channel membership custom emojis.


In an official post, YoutTube states that these Emotes have been introduced for Gaming, but they are working to bring more emote themes soon.

   The process is simple; the user needs to click on the icon during the live chat or comments. It will show all the available emojis and emotes.
2. What new feature for the Live Q&A YouTube feature introduced last month?
   The new feature lets the user create and manage all Q&A sessions during live chat, streaming and premieres. The feature is accessible via the ‘Live Control Room’.
