Eishin Chihana, the current Chairman of Yamaha India, is surely keeping its fans on their toes by providing new data about the classic RX100 in bits and parts. He stated earlier this year that the business intends to revive the brand on one (or more) of its forthcoming motorcycles. This is the first official confirmation, and it comes from Yamaha's senior executive, amid a sea of random and crazy guesses on the internet.

Everyone remembers the brilliance of the Yamaha bikes from 1980 to 1990. This bike, which was popular from 1980 until recently, was recognized for its speed. However, the company discontinued this bike a few years ago, and it is now being reintroduced.

Yamaha has announced that the next-generation RX 100 will be released, but it will be powered by a larger engine.

What will be different this time?
Yamaha India President Ishin Chihana has stated that the RX100 will make reappearance. According to him, the RX100 will keep its current moniker. There will be no other motorcycle to take its place. This is done on purpose since the firm intends to reintroduce this emblem.

The company is exploring a large engine.
Due to BS6 regulations, Yamaha will not bring back the original RX100's 2-stroke engine. It is also evident that Yamaha is taking their time bringing back the RX100 since they do not want to damage the famous bike brand. According to a recent source, the Yamaha RX100 is investigating a larger engine.

The engine will be larger than 300cc.
The engine that will power the Yamaha RX100 is not yet known. Yamaha engine sizes include 150 and 250 cc. The corporation might choose any engine from this list. However, the business is likely to only deliver an engine larger than 300cc in this bike.
