World's longest snake slithers outside a house terrifies netizens, video goes viral on Twitter-Watch
A video of the world's longest snake, a reticulated python, slithering on a porch has gone viral on Twitter, sparking horrified reactions from some users

The video, which was shared on Twitter by a page called Science Girl, has garnered over 5 million views. The 17-second clip shows the reticulated python, a python species indigenous to South and Southeast Asia, outside the porch of a house, with its enormous size enough to give even the bravest individuals the chills.
According to the caption of the post, the reticulated python is the world's longest snake. They can grow to lengths of over 16 feet and are among the three heaviest snake species globally. The name "reticulated" is derived from the network-like pattern on their bodies.
The video has caused a lot of shock and horror among Twitter users, and one user has suggested that a “trigger warning” should be given before watching it. Another user referred to the snake as "the world's longest nope."

Similarly, a recent viral video shared by IPS Susanta Nanda depicted a heartwarming interaction between a man and a snake. In the video, the man caught the snake's attention and carefully fed it water from a plastic bottle. The man even went the extra mile to support the snake by placing a hand behind its back as it drank the water. IPS Nanda shared the video, captioning it "Love & water... Two best ingredients of life." It is not uncommon for videos involving reptiles to gain popularity on social media platforms.
Furthermore, around two weeks ago, zoo keeper Jay Brewer also posted a video of him holding a nine-foot-long rat snake on social media. The video amassed a lot of traction on social media.
