Even as the companies ended remote work, it is apparent from the attrition rate that employees prefer work-from-home. Many huge companies have allowed a hybrid model. A hybrid model provides flexibility to its employees. Such companies include Tech Mahindra, PepsiCo, and RPG Group. RPG Group divided the jobs into different categories: Fully remote, fully on-site, and hybrid.
