Who was Mad Sandhu? Punjabi influencer and makeup artist shot dead in Amritsar

Punjabi social media influencer and makeup artist Mad Sandhu was shot dead by two unidentified motorcycle-borne people in Amritsar on Saturday evening, police said. The incident took place on Loharka Road at around 6 pm, according to the police. The attackers allegedly opened fire at Sandhu before fleeing the spot on a motorcycle. He was rushed to Fortis Hospital in critical condition, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.

Who was Mad Sandhu?

Mad Sandhu, whose real name was Madhusudan Sandhu, was a makeup artist, fashion stylist, entrepreneur and social media creator from Amritsar. He was a familiar name across Punjabi social media and digital platforms, where he regularly spoke about makeup artistry, fashion and the film industry.

His work also extended to the Punjabi entertainment industry. Sandhu had acted in the Punjabi film Oye Bhole Oye.
