Who is Vikkas Manaktala, the new wildcard contestant of Big Boss 16?

The popular reality show Big Boss has given two wild card entries to new contestants when the competitors were expecting one. A day after Sreejita De joined as the wildcard, TV star Vikkas Manaktala also entered the house to add to the drama. Salman Khan welcomed Manaktala to the show in the previous episode. Vikkas Manaktala is a popular Indian television actor. He started his career as a model and in 2006 he made his television debut. From 2006 to 2008, he appeared in the TV series Left Right Left that was aired on SAB TV. After an absence of five years, he returned in 2013 as Sameer Verma/Aditya Jagannadh with Aishwarya Sakhuja on Sony Entertainment Television's Main Naa Bhoolungi. In 2016, he appeared as Neel Sharma in Yeh Hai Aashiqui.

An year later, Manaktala also played the role of Veer Pratap in Life OK's Ghulaam with Param Singh and Niti Taylor. He later starred as Balveer in &TV's Laal Ishq, alongside his wife, Gunjan Walia. As Gangadhar Rao in Color's documented series Jhansi Ki Rani, alongside Anushka Sen. He also played the role of Shiva in Star Plus's Namah.


He has now opted to advance his career by competing as the second wild card competitor on one of India's most popular reality series, Bigg Boss 16.
