Who is Stormy Daniels? Know about the adult film actor involved in Donald Trump’s hush money payment
Stormy Daniels claims that she engaged in a sexual encounter with Donald Trump in 2006, when he was still known for his popular reality TV show, before his foray into politics as a businessman.

According to Daniels, she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006, which was a month after he married his third wife Melania and over a decade before he became president as a businessman-turned-politician, who was then known for his popular reality TV show. Trump, on the other hand, has refuted any such relationship and claimed that the payment was made to prevent her from making "false and extortionist accusations."
Who is Stormy Daniels?
Stephanie Clifford, who is better known by her stage name Stormy Daniels, hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is currently 44 years old. She has been a prominent figure in the adult film industry for more than twenty years, having starred in and directed a multitude of videos.
Non-disclosure Agreement
In the final days leading up to the presidential election that Donald Trump ultimately won, on October 28, 2016, Stephanie Clifford signed a non-disclosure agreement which prohibited her from publicly discussing her relationship with Trump.
In exchange for her silence, she received a payment of $130,000, as detailed in documents submitted to the federal court in Los Angeles. The agreement was drafted and signed by Keith Davidson, Clifford's lawyer at the time, and Michael Cohen, who was Trump's personal lawyer and fixer at that time. Although the document included a space for Trump's signature, he did not sign it.
In 2018, after the Wall Street Journal reported on the payment made to Clifford, Cohen publicly acknowledged that he had made the payment from his funds and was not instructed to do so by Trump. In response, Clifford sued both Trump and Cohen to invalidate the agreement.
Trump's lawyers later admitted that he had not signed the non-disclosure agreement and would not take any steps to enforce it. The judge ultimately dismissed Clifford's lawsuit, as the matter had been resolved.
Defamation suit
In 2018, Stephanie Clifford filed a defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump in federal court. The lawsuit was in response to a tweet by Trump, in which he accused Clifford of running a "con job" after she had described being threatened for planning to speak out about her alleged sexual relationship with him.
