After the match in Ahmedabad, Princy Parikh posted a video on her social media accounts with the caption: "David Miller! What a player." In the video, Parikh could be seen encircling Miller. The caption within the video read: "I thought we were friends, David."

However, Princy Parikh claimed she started receiving serious online abuse, including rape threats and body-shaming comments. Owing to the rape threats and the body shaming, Princy was forced to delete the reel from her Facebook account.

I feel like disappearing right now."

In another Instagram story, Parikh wrote, "I am going to file a police complaint against all of these people and others that I have blocked. I will put all their usernames with their messages on story for people and their employer's to know what kind of potential criminals they are surrounded with. Nobody deserves this."
