When Narayana Murthy mentioned about Alia Bhatt in his address to IIM students
Before founding Infosys, Narayana Murthy had also worked as a researcher at IIM Ahmedabad. Murthy has also served as the Chairperson of the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad, from 2002-2007.

"Well what a beautiful view this is. Green trees in front, unbelievably good architecture on both and most importantly probably the country's country's highest density of intellectuals. what more what more can anybody ask for it," Murthy said, in reference to campus.
"The last time I saw this wonderful view was in the movie two states. I can tell you folks having watched so many of you pass through this I am positive that batch of 2023 can give a tough competition to Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor," the Infosys founder said on a lighter note.
IIM-A recently held its 58th annual convocation, where Infosys founder Narayana Murthy was the chief guest. The ceremony was held on Sunday at the Louis Kahn Plaza, which has been the venue for all graduating students since 1974.
Murthy has also served as the Chairperson of the Board of Governors of IIM Ahmedabad, from 2002-2007. His association with IIM Ahmedabad even goes before this. Before founding Infosys, he had also worked as a researcher in the institute.

A total of 597 students graduated from the institute this year, with 380 from the the two-year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP); 48 from the two-year Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agribusiness Management (PGP-FABM); 140 from the one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX); and 29 from the Ph.D. Programme in Management (Ph.D).
Delivering the convocation address, Narayana Murthy said: "The most powerful instrument of a leader is leadership by example in demonstrating courage, sacrifice, hope, confidence, innovation, hard work, truth, fairness, transparency, accountability, austerity, discipline, a good value system, and open-mindedness. How you behave when you are on top and have power and wealth is your true character. In such moments, grace, courtesy, and humility shown to others reveal the real you."
Murthy also shared how he built Infosys and the value system he carried over the years. (With Agency Inputs)
