The wait of lakhs of students is going to be over today as the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is announcing the Class 10 results today. The results will be declared at 10.15 am. Students can check their results on official websites wbbse.wb.gov.in, wbresults.nic.in., DigiLocker and SMS service. The press conference began at 9.30 am and the online links to check Madhyamik 2026 results and download scorecards were activated at 10.25 am.

West Bengal Board 2026 Results Date and Time

Date: May 8, 2026, Friday


Time: 10.15 AM

The Board will release the result at 9.30 am today through a press conference. The Bengal Class 10 2026 result will be available on the official website from 10:25 AM. Students can access the marksheets online on the official websites wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.

WB Madhyamik Results 2026 Toppers list

According to Hindustan Times, the topper of West Bengal Madhyamik (Class 10) is Abhiroop Bhadra who topped tne entire state with 698 marks, achieving an impressive 99.71 per cent. He was the only student to secure Rank 1 in this year’s examination. Abhiroop studies at Sharada Mandir School in Uttar Dinajpur.

Then click on West Bengal SSC result and then go the Class 10 result link

Login with your roll number, date of birth and other required details

The marksheet will appear on the screen. Download it.

If you don't have a DigiLocker application, download the app or visit digilocker.gov.in

Then login using your Aadhaar number or mobile number

Search for the 'Education and Learning' section on the dashboard and click on it.

Search for 'West Bengal Board of Secondary Education' in the search bar on top and click on it

Select Class X marksheet

Enter your roll number and other required details

Click on submit and download it

Students facing delays on the website can also check their Madhyamik Result 2026 via SMS. To receive the result on their mobile phones, candidates need to type “WB10 [Roll Number]” and send it to 58888. Once processed, the result will be delivered to the registered mobile number.
