West Bengal Board to declare Class 10 Madhyamik results by May 31

West Bengal Madhyamik Siksha Board is likely to announce class 10th exam results by May 31. However, there is no official confirmation as the examination took place after two years due to the pandemic. The result dates are quite tough to assess for now. WBBSE Madhyamik Exam Result 2022 is expected to be declared on the official websites- wbresults.nic.in, wbbse.wb.gov.in.

According to the West Bengal Board officials, the process of checking the exam sheets and evaluation of the detaled mark sheets and answer sheets is still going on after which the board shall announce the WBBSE Madhyamik results probably by next week or by the end of May.

The Board conducted the exam with approximately 11.18 lakh (11,18,821) students taking the examination between March 7 and 16, 2022. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Madhyamik exam of last two years had been cancelled in 2020 and 2021.


For the Madhyamik exam 2022, enrollment was extraordinary with over 6 lakh (6,21,931) girl college students and four lakh (four,96,890) male college students had applied, compared to five lakh girl and four lakh male candidates last year.

Students may also track their results of Madhyamik examination class 10th at the legit websites web results.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in .

The students need to use their registration numbers, roll numbers or admit card numbers to download their respective provisional marksheets.

The Class 10 result will also be available on mobile apps and SMS.

The Madhyamik mark sheets will however be distributed to students on a personal level basis by their school heads.
