WBJEE 2025 results to be announced tomorrow at wbjeeb.nic.in: Steps to check and more

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) is set to release the WBJEE 2025 final results on August 7. Once declared, candidates can access their scorecards on the official website — wbjeeb.nic.in. Following the result announcement, the board will also release the cut-off list, which will be determined by factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, exam difficulty, previous years' trends, and overall performance of test-takers.

This year, the WBJEE exam was held on April 27 at multiple centres across West Bengal.

WBJEE 2025 Marking Scheme Overview

The WBJEE exam comprises three categories of questions, each with a distinct marking scheme:

• Category 1:

Only one correct answer
+1 mark for every correct response
-0.25 marks for incorrect answers
Two selected options = wrong answer (penalty applies)
No attempt = no mark

• Category 2:

Single correct option
+2 marks for each correct answer
-0.5 marks for wrong answers
Two answers marked = considered incorrect (with a -0.5 mark deduction)
