Watch: Wife thrashing husband after catching him shopping with girlfriend on Karwa Chauth in Ghaziabad

A husband in Ghaziabad was beaten in Ghaziabad by his wife after he was caught by the wife while shopping with another woman, reportedly his girlfriend, on the occasion of Karwa Chauth. The video, showing the woman beating the husband and the woman, has gone viral on social media.

In the video, wife and her family members can be seen entering a shop in the Turab Nagar market of Ghaziabad where the husband his girlfriend was shopping. The man's wife with two other women can be seen barging into the shop and slapping and pushing the two.

In the video, a wife and her family members can be seen grabbing the man's collar and beating him up as the large crowd watching. When the man's girlfriend tried to help him, she was also thrashed by women.


The shopkeeper of the market can be heard shouting ‘baahar, baahar,'(out, out) in the background of the video.


As per reports, Preeti was married to Rahul of Vijayanagar in 2017. But the wife was staying with her parents after an altercation with her husband for the last three years. A court case between the two is pending in the court.

On Karwa Chauth, she spotted her husband with other woman in a market where she was also shopping along with her mother.

The wife has lodged a complaint against the husband.


Acting on the wife's complaint, the police took the couple to the nearest police station. According to reports, police have challaned the man for breaking the peace at the public places and left the woman after after warning.

Karwa Chauth is one of the important festival among the married woman in north and western part of India. Married women keep fast on this day and pray for the long life of their husbands.
