Watch: Why this bird is source of Monday motivation for Anand Mahindra
"No matter what your profession is, let your wings flap as the winds buffet you, but keep your head stable, your mind clear & your eyes watchful," Anand Mahindra wrote.

A kestrel hovering several feet up in the air, wings flapping, head still and eyes firmly scanning the ground below is industrialist Anand Mahindra's source for Monday motivation.
The bird belonging to the falcon genus hunts prey by hovering more then 35 feet above the ground and swooping down on small mammals and lizards.
Kestrels hover by flying into the wind at the same speed at which it blows, giving the impression that it is in the same place relative to the ground below.
Sharing a 31-second video originally shared by Viral Hog, Mahindra wrote, "Nature never fails to provide lessons for our own lives. How do you face turbulent times? No matter what your profession is, let your wings flap as the winds buffet you, but keep your head stable, your mind clear & your eyes watchful."

"Nature is the real teacher. The more you look into it, the more you learn about science," agreed another one.
This user had one more thing to add. "Well said Sir!! ...And stay away from the ones who want to clip those wings! Fly High!!" the tweet said.
