Congress MP Rahul Gandhi was at Gollapalli in Telangana on Sunday as part of his Bharat Jodo Yatra. He started sprinting during his foot march, leading to others running with him.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi produced some exciting moments during his Bharat Jodo Yatra on Sunday by suddenly breaking into a sprint along with some school children.

His sudden burst of speed forced his security personnel, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President Revanth Reddy and others to start running with him.

Srinivas BV, National President of the youth Congress, posted a video on Twitter showing the 52-year-old Rahul Gandhi sprinting amid loud cheers.


The video has collected over 50,000 views, and many have reacted to the video on social media.

The yatra will cover 19 Assembly and 7 Parliamentary constituencies in poll-bound Telangana, spanning a total distance of 375 km in the state, before entering Maharashtra on November 7.

The Yatra will be on a break on November 4, where the Wayanad MP will engage with personalities in the entertainment, business, and sporting sectors. He will also meet various community leaders and intellectuals.

The MP will also visit temples, mosques, and prayer halls across Telangana and offer prayers. The Yatra started on September 7 from Tamil Nadu, Kanyakumari.

Rahul Gandhi then completed his footmarch across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala, after which he began the Telangana leg.
