Known for his peculiar sense of humour and sharp wit, Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's comment over the Lulu Mall controversy has left the netizens in splits.

During a media interaction, while the Rampur MP being asked about the whole controversy, Khan gave a few funny replies, which brought smiles on the faces of people around him.

“Humne na Lulu dekha, na Lolu dekha. Hum aaj tak kisi mall mein gaye hi nahi (I’ve neither seen Lulu nor Lolu. I’ve never set foot in a single mall),” said Khan in a nonchalant manner, which left the reporters laughing.


Journalist Rohini Singh shared the video on Twitter, which has already been retweeted more than 1,800 times and garnered 12,000 likes.

The Lulu mall controversy erupted a few days ago when a video went viral allegedly showing people offering Namaz inside the mall. This led to massive protests and an FIR was also registered against the unidentified persons on a complaint filed by Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha’s Shishir Chaturvedi.
