Watch: In Pakistan's tense match against Afghanistan, ugly scene mid-pitch and clashes off field
Cameras caught an ugly altercation between Pakistan batter Asif Ali and Afghanistan's Fareed Ahmad. After the match the fans clashed.

The clash on the field happened in the 19th over, when Pakistan after losing wickets in a heap were baanking on the big-hitting Asif Ali to score the final few runs needed for a win.
Asif, who hit two sixes in a brisk 16 off eight balls, was caught at short fine-leg in an attempt to hook a bouncer from Afghanistan's quick bowler Fareed Ahmad.
Fareed, who had been hit for a six the previous delivery, celebrated in an animated manner right in front of a disappoined Asif, who in return pushed the bowler back .
When Fareed countered him, Asif threatened to hit him with the bat before the other Afghanistan fielders came and led the Pak cricketer away.
Pakistan vice-captain Shadab Khan played down the incident, saying it happened "in the heat of the moment"; Afghanistan skipper Mohammad Nabi, who was fielding in the deep, said he didn't know what happened

It was an emotional match to lose for Afghanistan, who are out of the Asia Cup despite a brave run, and cameras caught the players in tears on the ground and their fans sobbing in the stands.
Some of the Afghan fans lost their cool and videos on social media showed them vandalising property at the stadium and even hurling some of the seats at the Pak fans.
