Just ahead of the India vs Australia ODI series, Australian cricketer David Warner was seen enjoying a fantastic time in Mumbai, the location of the first ODI. He uploaded a video of himself playing gully cricket with young local fans there. In the video he can be seen playing a defensive shot in response to a delivery bowled at him while wearing a funky t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.

"Found a quiet street to have a hit," the cricket player from Australia wrote in the caption of the video that he posted on Instagram.

After seeing the viral video, his Indian followers loved his Instagram post and are in all praises by his down-to-earth demeanour and his passion for the sport.

Comeback

David Warner will be looking to bounce back in the ensuing three-match ODI series against Team India after his lacklustre performance in the Tests against the Indian team. Due to his dismal record with the bat in Test matches on the subcontinent and his most recent red-ball cricket failures, Warner was under a lot of pressure when he first came to Indiaa around a month ago. And he didn't do much to ease his own anxiety. He had to leave the contest due to an elbow injury he sustained while batting in the second Test in Delhi. Before that injury, he was once more having issues with the bat in Test matches in India. Australia lost both games, despite Warner's three innings of play, which included scores of 1, 10, and 15.
