Blogger Max Klymenko has shared a video explaining how to to peel an egg 'without actually peeling it' from scratch. That is without making a mess with tiny pieces of eggshell.
Klymenko first made a large opening at the bottom of the egg with a chop sitck, knocking off the edges a bit. After that made a smaller hole on the other end of the egg.
He then drew the end with the smaller hole towards his mouth and placed a hand to cover the other end. "Now you use all of your lung power to do this," he said, and blew hard. Presto! the egg came out of its shell and right into his hand.
