She attempts to find a match based on your lifestyle, preference, and horoscopes. After this has been done, she then approaches the families. Once the families are interested in the match, a meeting is arranged and Sima Taparia's team will facilitate a smooth meeting.

Sima Taparia also has a process she follows to decide the amount, based on her interaction with the clients. In an interview, she stated that she meets the client and their family. She sees what their home is like, what they do for work and what's their educational background.

She claims that this is where other dating apps can't compete with her skill, because once she assesses the clients lifestyle she can recommend a match is compatible with all of it. She also specified in the interview that she works with high profile clients and has an idea of what their working wedding budget. She then quotes a price based on all that information.
