The X300 Ultra is tipped to arrive in India early May, shortly after its China debut last month. If the reported timeline holds, this would position Vivo’s flagship offering directly in the premium segment with a strong focus on camera performance.
The simultaneous launch of the X300 FE suggests Vivo may also be targeting the compact flagship segment alongside its top-end model.

Camera centric flagship positioning
The X300 Ultra stands out with its dual 200mp camera system, featuring a 200mp main sensor and a 200mp periscope telephoto lens. The periscope lens offers 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom.A dedicated teleconverter further enhances zoom capability, delivering up to 17.4x optical output, positioning the device as a strong contender in long range mobile photography.
The setup also includes a 50mp Ultra wide camera and a 50mp front camera for selfies, rounding out a comprehensive imaging package.

Beyond cameras, the device packs a 7,000mah battery, aimed at delivering more than a full day of heavy usage. It features a 6.82 inch LTPO OLED 2k display with a 144hz refresh rate, designed for smooth scrolling, gaming and media consumption.The smartphone is powered by the snapdragon 8 elite gen 5 chipset, placing it firmly in the flagship performance category.
