The listing shows the Vivo X300 Ultra (model number V2547DA) could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16GB RAM. It is likely to run on Android 16. In benchmark tests, the device scored 3,722 in single-core and 11,621 in multi-core performance, suggesting a noticeable boost over previous models.
As per earlier reports, the X300 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz BOE OLED display and a 6,600mAh battery.
The highlight of the phone is its camera. The Ultra is expected to come with an advanced multi-camera system developed with Zeiss. Reports indicate a “3+2” camera setup, including a 200MP Sony Lytia 901 sensor based primary camera.
Additionally, the phone may include a 200MP periscope telephoto lens using a Samsung HP0 sensor. A new teleconverter system could also offer extended zoom capabilities of up to 400mm.
Vivo X300s (expected specs)
The Vivo X300s is also expected to pack strong hardware. It may feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K+ 144Hz BOE flat display, along with a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope sensor. For selfies, it could include a 50MP front camera.
The device is likely to come with a 7100mAh battery, supporting 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Other expected features include dual speakers, an X-axis motor, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68/IP69 rating, and USB 3.2 support. It may run on the Dimensity 9500 chipset and be available in multiple RAM and storage options.
Launch timeline and expected price
Vivo has confirmed the launch date as March 30 in China. The X300 Ultra is expected to be priced around CNY 7,500 (roughly Rs 1,01,000) for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
