'Virupaksha' Box Office Collection Day 6: Sai Dharam Tej, Samyuktha Menon starrer makes over Rs 25 crore in Telangana area alone

Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon starrer supernatural thriller "Virupaksha" is reportedly doing wonders in the Nizam area. The movie is said to have earned nearly Rs 2 crore on Wednesday alone and has accumulated a total of over Rs 25 crore in the Telangana region.

As the film inches closer to the Rs 30 crore mark, all attention is now focused on its box-office performance on Friday. This is because, some highly anticipated films will be released on Friday, such as 'Agent', an ambitious project by Akhil Akkineni and Surender Reddy, as well as the second part of Tamil director Mani Ratnam's Periodic fictional Magnum Opus, 'Ponniyin Selvan', which features a star-studded cast and is being distributed in this region by top Telugu producer Dil Raju.

Sai Dharam Tej's 'Virupaksha' has already made a significant impact at the Tollywood box office, having amassed a whopping Rs 50 crore in revenue. This makes it one of the most profitable projects of the year thus far.
