In an unique attempt to secure a refund from Byju’s for an unused tablet and learning program, a family took an unconventional route by removing a TV from the edtech giant’s office. The family had initially requested a refund within the stipulated time frame but encountered obstacles in the process.
After weeks of unsuccessful attempts, they visited Byju’s office and dismantled a TV while expressing their frustration to the office staff, stating, “Take it when you pay the refund.”
