Reports suggest that the incident took place on Saturday evening at Cafe Niloufer in Hyderabad. Allu Arjun soft-launched his new theatre by the name Allu Cinema. The actor then stepped out with his wife Sneha to take a casual visit to the popular cafe. As the star couple made their way into the cafe, fans began gathering around them and in a short span of time the crowd grew larger as fans rushed to take photos and videos.

In videos going viral on social media, Allu Arjun and Sneha Reddy were mobbed by fans in Hyderabad when they were seen stepping out of a venue when they were surrounded by a packed crowd of fans. The two can be seen struggling to pass through the crowd and the management staff of the cafe can be seen holding the doors open as an uneasy Arjun holds Sneha close by her hand.Despite being guarded by security, fans began gathering in large numbers, prompting the actor to ask them to move back. The video shows the crowd seemingly following Allu Arjun and his wife even after they left the area. A massive crowd can be seen pushing and shoving each other in an attempt to click pictures and videos of the couple near their car. Arjun and his security can be seen requesting some of the fans to move aside so his wife can pass through. Once Sneha was safe inside the car, Arjun took a moment to wave and greet the fans.

The report further suggests that the crowd became overwhelming inside the cafe and staff security personnel were seen holding the doors to help the couple move out safely.People were seen pushing and shoving each other to get closer to the star for photos. Allu Arjun, with the security team, kept asking fans to step aside so they could walk safely. Once Sneha Reddy was safely seated inside the care Allu Arjun turned back and waved at the fans and greeted them.
