Video of woman outwitting monkey goes viral; here's how she did it?

Monkeys are very resourceful and clever animals and there are a number of videos that back up the claim. Monkeys are also well-known for living quite symbiotically with human beings in urban dwellings.

But one video has become quite popular and it shows a monkey being outsmarted by a woman in Bali. In the video shared on Instagram, a man can be seen walking up a flight of stairs, with glasses on, and shows a monkey waiting nearby. The monkey then snatches the man's glasses and goes to the corner of the staircase.

As the animal tries to find out the utility of its newly stolen thing, a woman appears from the sideline and gives some fruits to the monkey.


The monkey soon forgets about the glasses and concentrates on the fruits. Within seconds, the woman takes the pair of glasses and returns it to the man.

The post has been viewed over a million times and garnered tons of reactions. While some commented on how cleverly the woman handled the situation, others felt sorry for the monkey.

But it's safe to say that the situation ended better than both parties hoped for.
