Video of girl dancing inside Delhi metro goes viral

Nowadays social media can give you instant fame; all you need is a little bit of courage. This came true for a little girl who came into the limelight after a video of her dancing inside a Delhi Metro train went viral on Instagram.

A clip of the video was shared by an Instagram user, thinlay.bhuti.

The video, titled Delhi metro life, has so far garnered over 1.5 mn views and close to 45,000 likes at the time of writing.


In the video, the teen can be seen inside a fully-packed train. The girl managed to perform inside the moving train even though it was quite crowded.

While she was dancing, another girl can be seen recording it.

Surprisingly, most people inside the metro coach seemed uninterested in the whole affair.

Netizens have flooded the comment section of the video with emojis and heaped praises on the girl for her confidence.

"Need this much confidence in life," commented one Instagram user.

“I can’t even pick up a call, where do you get such confidence from?” another user commented.

Another user pointed out how the people in that coach did not react to that whole incident. "Why people are not laughing," the person wrote.

India has huge market for short-videos. Many short-video apps emerged after the ban of TikTok in India. Many local apps like Moj, Josh, Roposo and MX Takatak are battling with the likes of Youtube Shorts and Instagram Reel for a slice of the pie.

According to reports, the short-video app market could reach $19 billion in India by 2030.
