According to India.com, Vicky and Katrina pay around Rs 9 lakh a month in rent for the apartment and have reportedly paid a security deposit of Rs 1.75 crore.

The rental agreement reportedly started at Rs 8 lakh per month for the first 36 months. The rent then rises to Rs 8.40 lakh per month for the following year and Rs 8.82 lakh per month thereafter.

Located on the eighth floor, the apartment offers expansive views of the Arabian Sea and convenient connectivity to other parts of Mumbai.

Vicky Kaushal's Love & War look revealed

The makers of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming romantic drama “Love & War” have unveiled the first look of Vicky Kaushal, giving fans a glimpse of his rugged and intense character.

The makers shared the first-look poster on Instagram with the caption, “Nazre milengi, lekin hatengi nahin! Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War on 21st January 2027.”

In the poster, Vicky is seen lighting a cigarette while staring intensely into the camera. His rugged appearance and brooding expression add an edgy feel to his character.

“Love & War” stars Vicky Kaushal alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The film is set to release worldwide in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and has now entered the post-production stage ahead of its theatrical release in January 2027.

The film was initially scheduled for a Christmas 2025 release. The makers later pushed the release date to March 20, 2026, before announcing January 21, 2027 as the new release date.

Speaking about watching Katrina experience special moments with their son, Vicky said, “To just see your wife’s happiness in that moment and your child giggling, and you in that moment… You just feel that if you could pause this, you could just live this more… It’s just amazing.”

He added that becoming a father has made him more sensitive as well as more responsible. “I think it makes you incredibly sensitive as a human being. Also, at the same time, it makes you incredibly responsible as a human being, that now you have to practice what you preach,” he said in a conversation shared on Harit Zaveri Jewellers’ YouTube channel.
