'Varisu' Box office Collection Day 9: Thalapathy Vijay's film to touch Rs 250 crore mark

Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu's phenomenal theatrical run continues as the film grossed over Rs 210 crore in seven days. and still performs well at the box office. The movie is now holding strong at the box office throughout the weekdays and putting up respectable figures. It remains to be seen whether the picture regains momentum during the weekend. 'Varisu' and Ajith Kumar's 'Thunivu' are competing head-to-head at the box office.


'Varisu' is reported to have grossed Rs 5.30 crore in India on its ninth day at the box office. The film has also done well in the international market, particularly in the United Kingdom. With the weekend approaching, Varisu's collection will likely likely grow significantly. The film is approaching the box office's Rs 150 crore milestone.
