Day begins before 4 am
The routine starts at around 3:53 am when she wakes up, drinks water and prepares for the day. By 4:22 am, she is studying on her terrace, continuing the session until about 6:40 am before taking a break for yoga.She returns to her books shortly afterwards and spends most of the day studying, with only brief interruptions. Around 11 am, she takes time to prepare food before resuming her preparation.
Throughout the day, she also completes household tasks, including drying clothes and washing dishes, while continuing with revision and study sessions.
Balancing studies, work and household responsibilities
In addition to UPSC preparation, the aspirant attends to physiotherapy patients in the evening. She leaves around 6:40 pm for work and returns home later before continuing her studies.Her schedule concludes close to 10:50 pm, marking nearly 18 hours of activity involving exam preparation, work and domestic responsibilities.
