Principal shouts 'You shut up'
The video, shared by several users on X, shows the principal shouting at the mother and saying 'You shut up' multiple times. The video was shared with the caption,"School Principal lost her cool at mother for not purchasing books from the school. PRINCIPAL: 'You shut up! Get lost. I am going to remove the children's names from the register."The video shows the principal saying in Hindi that she won't allow the child to remain in the school and when the mother objects to it, the principal repeatedly shouts "shut up" and "get lost". In the video, the principal can allegedly be heard using words such as "bloody fool," "shut up," and "gawar."

According to India Today, the parent, Neelam Verma, claimed she was instructed to buy notebooks worth Rs 1,200 only from the school. When she asked for some time, the principal allegedly behaved inappropriately, verbally abused her, and threatened to remove her child’s name and also reportedly lodged a complaint.
However, what grabbed people's attention is the segment in which the principal is seen repeatedly saying, "You shut up," within the span of just one minute. The aggrieved parent alleged that they were publicly humiliated and even threatened with their child's expulsion from the school.
Principal issues clarification
The video has sparked a massive backlash online and many people are calling out the principal for her rude and aggressive behaviour toward a parent. Amid the criticism, the principal issued a clarification, claiming that only a small part of the incident had gone viral. She stated that the clip was just a few minutes long, whereas the actual incident lasted around three hours, and alleged that the video had been edited to build a narrative.She further claimed that the parents were pressuring her to reduce the admission fee, which she said was Rs 1,300. The principal also claimed that the incident happened when a vaccination drive was going on and that she tried to tell the woman that she would listen to her complaints later on but no attention was paid.
