Category-wise selection details
Out of the total posts, 242 candidates from EWS and unreserved categories, 464 from Other Backward Classes, 197 from Scheduled Castes, and 9 from Scheduled Tribes have been selected, as per Uttar Pradesh government reservation norms.Cut-off marks for key posts
Cut-off marks for the last selected candidates vary across posts and categories:- Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential): Unreserved 316.26, OBC 299.57, SC 225.04
- ASI Clerk: Unreserved 334.61
- ASI Accounts: Unreserved 318.61
How to check result and merit list
The final selection lists are available on the official website in multiple formats, including overall results and category-wise merit lists for unreserved, EWS, OBC, SC, and ST candidates.Candidates can check their results using their registration number and date of birth. Computer typing test results have also been published separately.

Tie-break rules and final selection process
In case of a tie in marks, ranking has been determined based on preferential qualifications, higher age, and alphabetical order of names.The final selection is subject to medical examination, verification of documents, reservation certificates, and character verification.

Board issues clarification
The Board said due care has been taken while preparing the results but it will not be responsible for any technical errors. It also clarified that no separate applications will be entertained under the Right to Information Act, 2005.The recruitment process has now been concluded, with merit lists and cut-off details published on March 26, 2026, on the official website.
