UP PGT exam pattern 2026
The recruitment examination consists of a written test followed by an interview. The written examination carries 360 marks, while the interview accounts for 40 marks, taking the total selection process to 400 marks.The written paper will contain 120 objective questions. Of these, 30 questions will test general knowledge and 90 will be based on the concerned subject. Each correct answer will carry three marks, while an incorrect or multiple selection will result in a deduction of one mark.
